This training program designed to help caseworkers and volunteers more effectively support families transitioning from welfare to work. This program focuses on upskilling participants using the IDEAS framework:

• Discuss: Explore individuals' dreams and desires to understand their motivations.

• Educate: Provide knowledge and tools while building confidence.

• Ask: Use thoughtful, open-ended questions to foster deeper conversations.

• Set SMART Goals: Collaboratively create actionable plans that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound.

This program equips participants with practical skills to provide meaningful, goal-oriented support that empowers families to achieve lasting economic stability.
